RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Curio LLC is pleased to accept timely exchanges and returns for store credit only of new and unused products within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery. Please contact email@example.com to return/exchange an item and we will send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) to be written on the return form and included in your return package.
The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. We prefer our products are returned to us using FedEx, UPS, or DHL; however, you may return goods at your sole risk and expense using any safe and secured means. Please note that we may not accept liability for any good returned to us.
Any product returned or exchanged outside of the 15-day policy will not be accepted. Due to the limited and exclusive nature of our products, Curio exercises a one-time exchange policy from the original bill of sale. All merchandise is quality-inspected prior to shipment.
Your products must be returned in their original condition, with original packaging, including any boxes and other signature packaging materials, including Curio LLC and designer hanging tags. Merchandise returned without the original tags attached will not be accepted. Any returned products which are damaged, soiled or altered will not accepted and will be returned to you. Store credit and exchanges will not be processed until the items are returned and inspected by us.
Shoes must be tried on over a carpeted surface to prevent any scratches to the soles. All shoes must be returned in their original shoebox with dust bags as this is considered part of the product. Shoes returned without the original box, a damaged box, or marked soles will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
Discounted items, items marked “Final Sale,” furniture, books, housewares, artwork, fragrances, any plastic-wrapped items, lingerie, candles, beauty products, edibles/consumables and swimwear are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for store credit or exchanged.
Please note a Return Authorization Number (RAN) is issued solely as a preliminary return management measure and does not guarantee that a return for store credit or exchange will be accepted if the above terms are not met.
